01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MyIT Cyber website, services, and related platforms operated by MyIT Cyber Ltd. ("MyIT Cyber", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website (myit.co.il or myitcyber.com) or using any of our services, you ("Client", "User", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and Services immediately.

MyIT Cyber provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, consulting, monitoring, and related technology services, including but not limited to:

• Cybersecurity & SOC Services
• Cloud Infrastructure & Migration
• Endpoint & Network Security
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• SASE & Zero Trust Solutions
• DevOps & Automation
• Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Administration
• Security Monitoring & Threat Detection
• IT Consulting & Support Services

Specific deliverables, service levels, pricing, and response commitments are defined separately within signed proposals, Statements of Work ("SOW"), Service Orders, or Master Service Agreements ("MSA"). For standard response-time commitments, see our SLA Overview.

03Website & Service Usage

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Service
• Use the Services for unlawful or abusive activities
• Resell or redistribute Services without written authorization
• Interfere with website operation or security mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, clients, or legal interests.

04Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, documentation, graphics, text, logos, and service-related materials are the exclusive property of MyIT Cyber or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights or licenses are granted except for the limited right to access and use the Services as explicitly permitted.

05Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public business, technical, or operational information disclosed during the course of service delivery.

06Privacy

Your use of the website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of information as described in those policies.

07Cybersecurity Disclaimer

While MyIT Cyber implements commercially reasonable and industry-standard security practices, technologies, and procedures — described in detail on our Security & Compliance page — no cybersecurity solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats, attacks, vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access.

MyIT Cyber does not warrant that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Security incidents will never occur
• All vulnerabilities or threats can be detected or prevented
• Third-party platforms or providers will remain continuously secure

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate internal controls, user awareness, password policies, and compliance obligations.

08Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, vendors, software providers, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or hosting services.

MyIT Cyber is not responsible for outages, failures, security incidents, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

09Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyIT Cyber disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyIT Cyber shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Cyber incidents caused by third parties
• Ransomware, phishing, or advanced persistent threats

MyIT Cyber's total aggregate liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyIT Cyber, its employees, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

12Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where:

• Required by law
• Necessary for security reasons
• Payment obligations are overdue
• Misuse or abuse of Services is identified
• Client activity creates operational or security risks

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations or liability accrued prior to termination.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

14Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
